Open Process Automation Demonstration

Back to news & events

Wednesday 4 December – 7:30am to 10:30am – Curtin Business School, 78 Murray St, Perth

After 8 years of collaborative efforts by many of the worlds largest process control system end user companies, globally dominant process control OEMs and many other IT and OT organisations and standards bodies, Open Process Automation (OPA) is now not only a viable option for large scale industrial plants but is delivering on many of the targeted value cases that underpinned the initiative’s original drivers.

Recognising the significance of this game changing approach to process automation, Curtin University through the Resources Technology and Critical Minerals Trailblazer are collaborating with the Coalition of Open Process Automation (COPA) to introduce Western Australia to the opportunities available with OPA.

Specifically, the event will explore:

  • The value cases of OPA
  • Who’s implementing and benefiting from them
  • How your company can take advantage of OPA
  • A demonstration of the COPA Quickstart and COPA X500 technologies

Joining us to deliver this exciting event will be Founder and President of Collaborative Systems Integration Inc R. Donald Bartusiak and CTO and Co-founder of CPLANE.ai John Casey, all the way from Houston, Texas.

Light breakfast and tea and coffee will be served at the start of the event. Register your details below.
