What’s Down the Track

Back to news & events

What’s Down the Track is an annual forum and exhibition that supports growth and opportunities within the region’s economy, bringing together regional and national speakers, and participants from across Australia.

On 16 November 2023 Trailblazer connected with our regional community in Kalgoorlie for the 23rd Annual KBCCI What’s Down the Track Forum and Exhibition. Thank you to Larry Lopez, Trailblazer’s Commercialisation Pillar Lead, who presented at What’s Down the Track on behalf of Resources Technology and Critical Minerals Trailblazer. Larry shared Trailblazer’s vision and engaged with audiences to present regional opportunities for the program.

“Our team at WA School of Mines: Minerals, Energy and Chemical Engineering are rock stars! I was blown away by how much Kalgoorlie has changed since I was last there and it was very exciting to see how much activity is happening, and the important contributions Curtin University’s WA School of Mines is making to the industry and local innovation ecosystem.” – Larry Lopez
